My birthday was made very special, surrounded by lots of family. Mom, Dad and the girls made a delicious meal and Mom came up with some very fun games. Everyone really enjoyed the evening.
On Sunday a very special person came to our church. It was my birthday friend Bro. Willie. He and I have the same birthday. There’s a slight difference in age, he’s 93 and I’m 21. :) We’ve been pen pals and friends ever since we first started going to our church, about 10 years ago. That was a big surprise to get to see him. Bro. Willie is at an assisted living place and his son Gerald picked him up and brought him. Bro. Willie brought me a Bible he’d had for some time and signed his name in it. This is so special to me.
