Sunday, October 19th was a very special Sunday for me. A young boy in my Sunday school class accepted Jesus as his Savior. His grandmother noticed an uneasiness about him during alter call and spoke to him, but he didn’t want to go in front of people…he’s somewhat shy in large groups. The visiting preacher had preached a great gospel message that morning. Our pastor was out of town preaching a revival so the grandmother asked my husband to speak to her grandson alone in a Sunday school room after services. My husband whispered to me where he was going and gave me the keys to the van. When the children and I got settled in the van I asked them each to bow their heads and pray while their dad dealt with this young man. Soon Gerald was at the van announcing that the young man had prayed and asked the Lord to save him. I think I cried all the way home. I had been praying for him ever since I’d been asked to help with his Sunday school class. What a wonderful answer to prayer!

HALLELUJAH, PRAISE THE LORD!!! I'm
still shouting it out, but as you
can see it is late and I just read
this so I'm doing my shouting in
type since my husband has already
been a sleep a few hours. I'm
trying to catch up on emails and
special blogs. Thanks for posting
this, I'm so glad that another one
of my grandchildren has accepted the Lord. I'm trying to patiently
wait on the rest to do the same,
and I'm thankful for all the
prayers that have went up because
that's what makes a difference.
Thanks again for all your prayers,
I'll forever be grateful to your
family for your part in helping
my grandson to see the light and
making things right.
THERE'S NO REASON TO DOUBT HIM NOW.......PRAISE THE LORD!!!
Love, Jewel
