Gera's Snow Report

Snow on our swingsets

Back of church. The stack of wood is for our heating system we have.

This big hump is where Dad had plowed the snow in front of our house.

Dad plowing the snow.

Here are the pictures I promised you. I hope you like them, and can see how deep the snow is. I went out one time this morning when it was 9 degrees, and forgot to get a hood, gloves and socks. I got all the way down to the church, and the batteries in my camera went dead. Agh! By the time I got back in the house my fingernails were blue and I couldn’t feel my hands. Needless to say, when I went back out, I made sure I had these

things. :)

We have around 16 inches of snow on the ground right now, and it’s still falling. The temperature is 12.2 degrees and it got down to 1.4 degrees this morning at 3:12. No, I wasn’t awake at that time; we have a thermometer that keeps records. We’re supposed to get a big storm coming in tomorrow. Dad has an appointment today. Please pray he will get there in safety.

Enjoy your winter!

~Gera~
