Update on Dad and Mom

Dad will be having the exploratory surgery on Tuesday morning. We won’t know until Monday what the actual time of the surgery will be. The surgeon will be removing Dad’s appendix, and possibly his gallbladder. He said that there was a 50% chance that the surgery would take care of the problem. The surgery will be done outpatient, with a 3-week recovery time. Please keep him in your prayers.
Mom’s PRENATAL visit yesterday went well. I got to go with her. The doctor did an early sonogram because he had a fourth year medical student in training with him. I got to see the baby! At 13 weeks and only about 3 inches and weighing 1 ounce, we were able to see all its features on a 3D/4D sonogram! It was so neat! It’s to early to tell what the gender is. Mom’s still very nauseated. Please continue to pray for her and the baby. Baby number 7 :)

We'll keep Gerald in our prayers and you all please pray for Elizabeth. She is getting a cochlear implant for her left ear Wednesday. (The rt ear is already implanted.)

Congrats on baby #7! :)

Hi Gera,
That was an amazing picture. The
baby looked bigger than just a 1 oz
size, but I guess he or she hasn't
developed any muscle on the bones yet. I sincerely hope the surgery
will correct your dads' problem and
ease all his suffering. Thanks for
the update and we will keep you in
our prayers. Love Jewel

Mrs. Jewel,
Yes, isn't he/she so cute! :)
We hope that the surgery will be the answer, after all Dad's gone through, as well. Please keep praying!

Myerly Family,
Thanks! Thanks also for the prayers for Dad. God bless you!
