Whew! It's been a long time since I've put a post on here. Busy busy! :) Our house is coming back into some "order". I have to go to my grandparents' house to check email and "blog", but that's not so bad, because he has high speed internet!! :) My days are filled with..."Gerald Jr., come back here! Don't get into that! Don't touch the outlet! Pick the cats up right! Don't pull their tails! Don't go out of that gate!" etc. etc. :) Talk about hard work! :) By the times he's two, I should have a degree in child raising! LOL!! I'm keeping us out of the way so others can get some unpacking done. :)
Dad passed out last night, so we weren't able to go to church. He's doing a little better now, though.
Tuesday evening we went to a meeting an hour away. We saw pastor Leatherman of Mountain Lake Baptist Church, Oakland, MD, once again, as well as some of his members. I also saw a blogging friend, Courtney and her family. It was great seeing them all again.
We're still praying for God's direction for Dad's ministry. His name is supposed to be given to a nearby church to help supply there and 3 other preachers mentioned putting his name in at 3 other churches. These are very exciting and somewhat scary times for us. We would very much like to see Dad healed and not having to take pain medicine.
